Matteo Faletti

I was born and raised in Trento, a small alpine city ideally placed for reaching the most coveted summits of the Dolomites, as well as the sunny crags of Arco, in no time at all. I have always looked with enthusiasm at the magnificent natural setting that surrounded me and in which I was lucky enough to grow up.

So, ever since I was a boy, driven by a lively curiosity and a deep attraction to anything with a taste of adventure, I set out on my journey among sun-drenched summits and snow-covered mountains, seeking in every climb an ever deeper and more lasting connection with these giants of rock, which allow you to test yourself not only physically but also, and above all, as a person, offering you the rare chance to get to know yourself and your climbing partner deeply.

My great passion for living the mountains every day led me to choose my profession: I first became a UIAGM/IFMGA international mountain guide and then a ski instructor.
