Every day brings a new run, a slope to explore in order to learn skiing technique, how to assess snow conditions and what to do in the event of an avalanche.
The guide will work with you to choose the run offering the best conditions for the following day, so you can ski through the powder and savour the complete freedom that comes from being away from the slopes. By arrangement, it’s also possible to extend the trips with a section of ski mountaineering to gain even more vertical on the descent!
Costs, terms and equipment
The price includes
- With you, a UIAGM-certified Mountain Guide: preparation, safety and technical support at every stage of the activity.
- Hire of the self-rescue kit: avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe.
- Third-party liability insurance
The price does not include
- Costs relating to ski lifts.
- Accommodation and meals for yourself and the guide (to be shared)
Equipment
- Complete freeride/ski touring kit
- Rucksack with a thermos flask, hot drinks and snacks
