Mountaineering Course

A five-day course to explore every aspect of the mountains, from crag climbing to the Marmolada glacier.

A course designed for those who want to explore the mountains in all their forms, from rock to ice. No experience is required, just good physical fitness, plenty of motivation and a desire to challenge yourself.

Day 1: Meet in Arco, collection of technical equipment, climbing lesson on the crag.

Day 2: multi-pitch climb, transfer to Passo Fedaia.

Day 3: Glacier traversing techniques, use of ice axes and crampons, ascent of Punta Rocca.

Day 4: Hike across the glacier and ascent to Punta Penia via the via ferrata along the West Ridge, followed by a descent via the Normal Route.

Day 5: Porta Vescovo via ferrata, return to Arco.
